MEMBERSHIP

The Gatherers membership is designed for socially engaged and intellectually curious leaders, active in the arts and hospitality industries, who wish to play a greater role in the success of Active Cultures and its community. 

Gatherers members receive special invitations to Active Cultures programs, personalized updates on our work, plus unique access to luminaries in the food community within California and globally. At each gathering, members are joined by leading artists and chefs whose creativity they inspire with their support. Members of the Gatherers receive:

• Exclusive invitations to each of Active Cultures’ Secret Suppers.
• Recognition as a member of the Gatherers on all digital and print materials throughout the year.
• Priority access to AC’s travel program, curated to showcase a region’s culture and history through the eyes of artists and chefs.

The Secret Suppers

Active Cultures hosts our members’ dinner series, the Secret Suppers, seasonally throughout the year. This year’s Secret Suppers are planned for March, July, September, and December. Annual membership included two guests at each Secret Supper. To learn more about membership to Active Cultures, please contact Laura Fried.

Annual Dues: $3,000 (installment plans available).

Active Cultures’ Members directly support our year-round public programs. Active Cultures is a U.S. tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) organization. The value of your tax deduction is variable and dependant on Secret Supper attendance.
